I am so excited to have a new shop so close to Ogden. Especially one that is filled brim to brim with adorable pieces and styles. I have loved shopping at Journey Five the past year or so. Constantly finding modest styles and at reasonable prices. Their online sales are a friend to any wallet and budget. But now being able to go to a location and see the pieces and try them on is the best!
Last night was their blogger night and I wanted to share some of the try on’s! There were so many more than this and I hate that these are just from my cell phone, but I wanted to share. You can find most the styles or similar ones, online. Especially as they continue to release them for their daily deals. Use code HELLOJ5 for 20% off when you order online.
Always a good Tee when you can get a french tuck going. This one is only in stores right now but there are styles online. I loved how it was loose and all the embroidery colors would make it easy to style with jeans or pants. It really would be the perfect summer throw on tee.
It clearly worked for the maternity aspect as you can’t even tell I’ve got a growing bump. It also had a great length to help cover up later on in the pregnancy.

Another AMAZING find was the Paden Button Down Dress. Holy mole was this guy so comfortable. It came in so many colors we took the longest time deciding which one to get. They all seemed to have their own style.
The bump fit well and it will be nice to have functioning buttons making it nursing friendly. The length was amazing and it is nice to know you can just put a dress on and not worry.
It did seem to fit tighter in the shoulders and top so I had to size up.
The Marlowe Button Stripe Dress seems just as dreamy. The colors and simplicity make me picture a perfect beach day.
Covered in so many bright colors this Tee was such a fun one to bring in some early spring. With a boyfriend fit, this tee would be another great one to style with a cute pair of shorts and sneakers.
They had so many styles in the store they are bound to hit online soon. I’ll be sure to share the links when they do! The Weekending Embroidered T-Shirt is an online find I don’t remember seeing in stores. Similar fit and the embroidery is always nice as it lasts longer.
This dress was too good to be true. This photo does not do the emerald color justice. Again, not finding it online right now but I’ll for sure share it. Such a flattering cut and it made me feel so cute as I’ve reached the “I may have eaten 5 burritos or I may be pregnant” phase of the bump.
My only complaint was the buttons are simply sown on. Not nursing friendly, but clearly a maternity must have.
Shopping was a blast! It was so fun to meet some of the amazing women who inspire me and build others up. It’s amazing how small yet great our world becomes when we reach out to others. So here is to great styles and even greater connections.
