Trendy 4th of July Outfits

It’s the best holiday of the year! Fireworks, BBQ, swimming, vacations, and friends and family. The one day of the year that soaks up everything summer. Not to mention we are blessed to live in one of the best countries in the world and we get to celebrate that.

But even with all that being said one of my favorite things about the holiday is getting to sport all the red, white, and blue and being totally over the top about it. While still being trendy and cute. I always have the hardest time picking just one outfit so I thought I would share some with you.

Outfit 1 – Shorts and a Tee

Keeping it simple! The go to summer outfit that is beyond easy to put together and still dress up with accessories. This is usually my evening wear (as I have outfit changes throughout the day!) because it is comfy for fireworks and easy to throw a sweatshirt over for when it gets chilly.

Top: Justice Stars and Stripes Tee (use code CONFIDENTJ510)
Shorts: High Waste White Bermudas
Sweatshirt: Varsity Striped Pullover
Accessories: Star Clips, Red Neckerchief

Outfit 2 – Dress

For the warmer part of the day it’s always nice to stay cool with a dress. Plus a dress can always double as a swim cover up for the poolside. The one and done, no other layers needed. Another outfit that can be worn casual or dressed up. My favorite is to pair the dress with a colored pair of sandals to really pull in the bright red and blue of the holiday.

Blue Striped Button Front Dress
Navy Embroidered Dress
Patriotic Tee Dress

Red Faux Suede Slip Sandal
Red MIA Greta Clog
Blue Open Toe Buckle Sandal
Blue Tassel Slide Sandal

Outfit 3 – Jumpsuit

If a good jumpsuit doesn’t scream trendy to you I don’t know what could! Plus these are SO much comfier than people think. I cannot praise jumpsuits enough. Finding a good undershirt can be tricky but this one works so well! (use code CATH10) The white makes it easy and the frill on the sleeve gives it a little more flair than a plain white tee.

Solid Blue Kacie Jumpsuit (use code CATH10)
Red Small Floral Jumpsuit

Outfit 4 – Mostly Red

Just in case you’re working off what’s already in your closet and you have too much blue and need a little red in the outfit! Here are some more pieces that will help you add that accent color to complete the outfit.

Maxi Frill Skirt
Tie Front Ribbed Tee
Red Stripe Goldie Crop Top
Gingham Wide Leg Pants

Outfit 5 – Mostly Blue

This color is a little easier to find and probably already in the closet. But just in case you’re needing something new to feel fresh for the holiday here are some blue pieces that would pair really well with some red and white.

Dotted V Neck Dress
Embroidered Top (use code CATH10)
Striped Button Up
Jean Cropped Overalls

I had the BEST time hunting these pieces down for you guys. Really all you need is some red, white, and blue and you’ve got the perfect outfit for the day. Or the perfect 5 outfits!
